IT Director
Michael Myers is the IT Director in Cisco’s Global Infrastructure Services organization, responsible for the Cisco IT Elastic Infrastructure Services (CITEIS) and the Application and Web Services. In this role, Mike has pioneered the use of Openstack in Cisco’s enterprise and manages Cisco’s private cloud stack. He partners closely with the Cisco Business team to integrate features into products and helps develop Cisco’s cloud strategy.
Mike brings over 20 years of experience as a proven technology leader. He has a passion for network design, operations and employee development, with his work published in various technical journals. Prior to joining Cisco, Mike held various managerial positions, responsible for large networks at companies such as Microsoft, Genius Inc., and Netli.
